Walking
⚠️ This entry is already over one year old. It may no longer be up to date. Opinions may have changed.This year, I did way less sports than last year. I’ve only done bodyweight training, but currently do it very irregular. I do running less regular too.
But one thing I really enjoy is going for a walk through the park. Near my flat there are a few parks and when the weather is nice and the sun is shining I really enjoy walking and breathing fresh air.
It’s definitely a great alternative to sitting at my desk in front of my computer.
