I’m noticing how I’ve been ordering more and more just from Amazon over the past few months. I should feel bad about supporting such a profit-hungry corporation, but the fast deliveries, easy returns, and wide selection of products are just too tempting.

When I order something, I don’t want to have to spend a long time filling out address fields or entering my payment information. I also want to be able to see when my delivery will arrive. And when I return something, I want the return to be free of charge and uncomplicated.

That’s the convenience Amazon offers me, but at the same time I’m selling my soul, whereas fair treatment of employees and support of honest companies that pay taxes where they make their sales is so important to me.
