As I’ve probably written many times before (have I?), I’m currently moving with my girlfriend to her university town. I will keep my old apartment as a second home. But it’s still my first move to another city and I’m just realizing it.
My neighbors always seem to be playing Forza Horizon 5 in the evenings the last few days, loud engine noises from the apartment below. 😂
Yesterday, I watched this interview from Federico Razzoli with the creator of SQLite Richard Hipp. I learned some more background facts about SQLite or understood things I wasn’t so sure about before.
Benjaming Congdon shares in an article, why he appreciates Go’s simplicity. To summarize: Its great forward / backward compatibility, dependencies (stable, fewer dependencies needed), included functionality (testing, http, …) and formatting (because Go has an integrated formatter, although every project has its own way to do things, all code follows the same formatting conventions).
